Refund policy
Each piece is hand crafted with immense love, care and attention to detail - and I want you to feel that when it arrives. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping costs.
Return Process:
- Initiate return: Email me at hello@bofajewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a quick bite about why you're returning.
- Return shipping: Ship the item back securely to prevent damage during travel. Return costs not included in original purchase.
- Return condition: Jewelry must be returned unworn and undamaged in original packaging.
- Refund: Once items are received and confirmed in their original condition, the refund will be processed. Please allow 7 business days for refund to appear in account.
Exchanges:
Because no two pieces are exactly alike, I'm not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like something different, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event your piece(s) arrive damaged, please contact me immediately upon receipt. I will work with you to resolve the issues as swiftly as possible.
